Audi A7 - Review, Specifications, Wallpaper, Information.

AUDI A7 is the new model of Audi. It shares a platform with the audi A8, but is more stylish and sporty. It is aggressively designed for th NXG. This design of the Audi A7 is totally inspired by the Audi Sportback Concept that we can see a few years ago at Detroit Motorshow. The main innovations of the Audi A7 will be based on this prototype, like their angular lines, lights with LED technology, 20-inch wheels, and a body based on a lightweight chassis.

Emotion-packed design, sporty character and innovative technology: Audi is targeting a new market segment with the A7. The large five-door model with the dynamically accentuated rear end brings together the best of three worlds: the sporty elegance of a coupe, the comfort of a sedan and the practicality of a station wagon.

AUDI A7 is a good alternative of the Mercedes CLS , the toughest rival of the car. Whereas the future models Audi S7 and Audi RS7 will compete the Porsche Panamera or Lamborghini Estoque.

The engine of the Audi A7, is more or less similar to Audi A8, with V6 and V8 engines for gasoline and powerfull diesel engines.

The sinewy sportiness of the exterior carries over into the interior of the A7, where Audi again demonstrates its leading role in automotive design. The salient element is the “wrap-around,” a horizontal line that encircles the driver and front-seat passenger in the interior to provide a feeling of safety and security. The wave-shaped application strip with its integrative dynamics is the salient element of the dashboard.

The utmost care has been devoted to every last detail in the interior. Workmanship is at a craftsman’s level. Optional climate-control and massage functions are available for the front seats covered in high-grade Audi leathers. The optional ambient lighting fills the entire interior with atmosphere.

Like Audi’s A8 flagship, the A7 also combines a new level of technical intelligence with logical, intuitive ergonomics and self-explanatory operation. The advanced MMI operating system with central menu button and reduced number of buttons comes standard, while one of the options is a new head-up display that projects the most important information on the windshield. The MMI touch system combines a hard drive navigation system with the convenience of touchpad input.
The driver can use the touchpad to perform numerous functions, such as using his or her finger to write the letters of the destination or the digits of the telephone number.

The standard automatic transmissions also play a role in the high efficiency of the Audi A7. Audi offers two different transmissions depending on the engines: The continuous multitronic sends the power to the front wheels, while the sporty seven-speed S tronic works together with Quattro permanent all-wheel drive. The latest evolutionary stage of quattro features a crown-gear center differential and torque vectoring.

SUPER CAR - Defination

If you’ve been around cars for any length of time, you’ve undoubtedly heard the term, supercar.

Supercar is a name that is used to define a high-end sports car whose performance of a caliber that far exceeds those of its rivals.

Supercar is also a subjective term. This means that since the majority of supercars are rare imports, or exotic cars that over time they may lose their status of uniqueness that set them above the rest. In this case, a supercar may not continue to hold that elusive title for an indefinite length of time.

The first car that held the esteemed brand, “supercar” was the Lamborghini Miura. However, today, supercars are not always racecars.

Many supercars are built and designed for every day driving, in addition to racing. Some supercars are exempt of features that are inherent to racecars.

Supercars usually earn their special class by having certain attributes. In addition to being rare or exotic, modern supercars feature an exquisite design. This is usually evidenced by a rear mid engine, rear wheel drive format. Since the bulk or weight of the car is in the middle, the car can handle speeds with greater efficiency. This design is consistent amongst supercars.

Also, you’ll notice that the power to weight ratio is a factor that lends to the supercar status. High power, low mass equals a supercar that can brace high speeds with ease and allows the driver ease of steering and greater control.

These factors contribute to supercars reaching top speeds and increased or high acceleration. Supercars typically reach from 0-62 mph in less than four seconds.

Additionally, supercars can reach from 0-100 mph in less than seven seconds, and 0-200 mph in less than 30 seconds. You can see how supercars easily feed the speed craving of racing enthusiasts.

Since supercars reach ultimate speed levels, they must be able to have excellent handling ability. G force is the force associated with acceleration, and with supercars, the g force can exceed 1 g, during some of the most intricate driving maneuvers.

Due to this, it is imperative that all supercars are built and designed to withstand these forces allowing the driver the greatest control over the vehicle. In addition, there are certain factors that also ensure that a vehicle will be dubbed a supercar.

These include the brand name, exhibiting cutting edge style and design, being unique and rare, and having a design that sets them above practical vehicles, supercars are designed for sport, speed, and for the elite.

The term "supercars" is one which describes cars which are superior in many ways such as speed, craftsmanship and overall capabilities. The supercar phenomenon is one which has been gaining in popularity over the past years and will undoubtedly continue to do so as the decades progress. There are a few set reasons why these types of vehicles are superior to their mainstream counterparts and the following will highlight some of these reasons.

The Supercar is Often Designed to Race

Many of the vehicles which fall within this genre are designed to be racecars. They are made in such a way as to do impressive maneuvers on a racecar track. When compared with the mainstream public vehicle, a supercar has many different components which make it better able to handle tight curves and high speeds which are often seen on racetracks throughout the world. Although not all vehicles designated as supercars are indeed racecars, many of them are able to be raced on a set course.

A Supercar Will Exceed Normal Speeds Accomplished by Ordinary Cars

These types of cars are superior to normal vehicles due to the speed which they are able to accomplish. Super vehicles such as Lamborghinis or Ferraris can pull off breathtaking speeds not even close to the speeds of a normal vehicle. The fast speed aspect of this type of car makes it superior in the minds of many to that of a normal street vehicle. Not only does the maximum speed cause some to gasp but the minimum amount of seconds which it takes to get to a certain speed is cause for applause as well.

Built with Painstaking Details

Although many vehicles are made quite well, the super car variety is made with painstaking details in mind. Every nut and bolt which goes into a supercar is put into place by a professional who takes the time and has the knowledge to manufacture these vehicles in a careful and cautious manner. Those who build these vehicles are well versed in this type of automobile and know exactly what they have to do in order to produce a top-notch vehicle which will fit within the category of supercar.

Price Tag Shows Quality of the Supercar
